How To Reach Your Full Potential Despite Limitations?

Posted on January 2nd 2019 by Marisa Peer

Do you ever feel like no matter how hard you try it’s just not good enough?

Despite your best efforts, do you sometimes just feel like you are not good enough, successful enough, smart enough, pretty enough, fit enough, interesting enough, wealthy enough or able to achieve enough? You are not alone!

I have taught millions of people all over the world how to use the simple words ‘I Am Enough’ to achieve their full potential and transform their lives. Let me explain…

How To Free Yourself From Limitations?

In over thirty years as a celebrity therapist, working with thousands of clients from royalty to rockstars, I discovered what lies at the root of almost all issues holding our full potential. It certainly lies behind almost every addiction, including alcohol addiction, drug addiction, gambling addictions, shopping addiction, hoarding, and eating disorders, because when we don’t feel enough we will always need more.

The common denominator of almost all emotional issues is the deep-rooted feeling of not being enough.

Not loveable enough, successful enough, talented enough, perfect enough or good enough to be loved and accepted just as we are.

This feeling of not being enough affects everyone – even those who appear to ‘have it all.’ Many people also feel like they don’t deserve success and experience ‘Imposter Syndrome.’ When you don’t feel enough, no amount of fame, fortune, achievement or love will change that. However, I can show you what will…

The Pressure To Be Perfect

Full Potential - The pressure to be perfect

People feel under so much pressure to have the perfect “insta-worthy” lifestyle,  but even though we are more connected to technology, we are more disconnected than ever from what matters most.

Feeling like you don’t fit in and belong, or that you are not good enough just as you are, can lead to feelings of isolation, rejection and a paralyzing fear of failure.

Humans are social creatures and a sense of belonging is essential for us to thrive. We are wired to seek connection and avoid rejection. This is a primary survival instinct that goes back to when we lived in tribes, or when we come on to the planet as babies, when our lives literally depended on needing others.

This is why social exclusion and loneliness can have such damaging consequences, in what we refer to as the Disconnection Epidemic. Researchers have shown that loneliness and rejection activate the same parts of the brain as physical pain, and loneliness can be more dangerous to your health than smoking or obesity.

Feeling different is a major fear for children, young people and even many adults. However, since we all fear being different, that very fear actually makes you the same as everyone and everyone the same as you.

A sign that something needs to change.

Stress, illness, and disease are frequently signs that something needs to change. Reaching our full potential and living a life full of meaning and purpose is easy once you know how.

When you know how to work with your mind, rather than having it work against you, you will stop holding yourself back, because your self-limiting beliefs and behaviors will cease to exist. I love showing people how to do this because the solution is so effective and easily available.

A Simple Solution To Achieve Your Full Potential

The number one way to achieve your full potential is to really love yourself by truly believing that you are enough. I have seen over and over how a simple, profound, and life-changing mantra of ‘I Am Enough‘ can build self-love and eliminate limiting beliefs and behaviors forever. What’s more, it’s free, easy and anyone can do it.

The strength of ‘I Am Enough’ as a statement of truth is in its simplicity. Even though it is simple, it is also immensely powerful and life-changing.

Unleash your full potential with RTT

I developed Rapid Transformational Therapy™(RTT™) during thirty years as a therapist, as an advanced form of hypnotherapy, to go beyond simply treating presenting symptoms. Instead, I teach people how to understand and gain freedom from the root cause of issues, empowering anyone to transform their lives from within.

The good news is that you have more power than you realize…

Your mind is your secret superpower and once you know how to work with it, you can not only free yourself from depression or overcome fears and phobias, you can even use your mind to help you find and maintain love, gain unshakable self-esteem or set yourself up for success. You’ll achieve your full potential.

I have used Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with Olympic athletes, Oscar-winning actors and Hollywood A-listers, in addition to giving people the tools to maintain their Perfect Weight Forever and overcome infertility.
