RTT Comes to LIfe: Kati Paeorg on why it “is an amazing life to live as an RTT therapist.”

Posted on December 12th 2019 by Hollie Pita-Carr

Kati Paeorg is a Rapid Transformational therapist living in Tallinn, Estonia. Kati has a degree in Economics and spent more than 20 years in the economic sector as Key Account Manager at an international corporation. Kati said “I got acquainted with logistics by accident, but as I got more and more unhappy, I was looking for a change. Now I am an RTT therapist, I absolutely love what I do.”

In explaining her work now, Kati says it “is an amazing life to live as an RTT therapist. I absolutely love people and the true and authentic connection and presence created in RTT sessions. Equally amazing are the moments when the client realizes that they are free from their issues.”

Kati shares a little more with us about her experience of training with RTT and the difference it has made to her life…

How has Rapid Transformational Therapy™(RTT™) changed your life and why?

I would say that RTT has changed all the aspects of my life and continues to do so. One area I would say that is now complete is my eating habits. I do not eat added sugar, milk products or gluten anymore and it has transformed my health. I am slim and free from thinking of food effortlessly.

Thanks to RTT, I feel good about myself, I get new and exciting ideas, I don’t remember the last time I was truly bored. I am more confident, all kinds of relationships have improved. I am gradually building my practice as an RTT therapist and opportunities come to me when I take action. My feelings have intensified and I like it, I am more productive. I like what I do, that is RTT.

Please, can you briefly summarise your life before RTT, what were your biggest challenges? How did this impact your life and what was it costing you?

Before I discovered RTT, I thought it was good to be pragmatic. I thought that big dreams are for fools, you have to be realistic all of the time (whatever that means). I had challenges with my weight, self-belief, confidence, relationships, productivity, and feeling good about myself. As a result, I struggled with my level of happiness and feeling happy, having hope, having belief in a better future and in people.

It cost me my health at that time. I had little true fun, although I think I did not show it to others, it cost me a lot of money, as I spent my money on very expensive holidays in the hope to feel better. I bought overly expensive clothes and other stuff, now resting in my cupboards. It cost me a lot of time spent doing nothing, feeling sorry for myself, trying to show others that I am smart, whilst actually making myself miserable.

How did you discover RTT and why did you decide to do it? How is RTT different from other approaches you have tried?

I discovered RTT via Mindvalley. I saw Marisa on stage and I remember thinking, “What extraordinary legs, possibly the most beautiful and longest in the world, why is this supermodel on stage in Mindvalley?”

Listening to Marisa, I suddenly understood (as she speaks in an understandable and simple way), how we humans function. I realized that there is hope for a better life after all and that RTT can make the desired change happen.

I decided to do RTT because it eliminates the root-cause and provides closure. It is logical and efficient. I personally love the sessions, it creates the most authentic connection with another person, without any tension or negativity, I just love it.

What was your experience of training in RTT?

I loved the live training. To my understanding, it is just the way training should be, that is building the skills day after day by practicing. At the training, we did a lot of stuff I now do for my clients. As the theory was mixed with practical activities, I did the exercises and felt the result. That was powerful.

What did you most want to achieve from RTT?

What I wanted to achieve the most, was the feeling that I can do it – and I did.

How has your life changed now as a result of RTT?

I have always dreamed to work using just my own head, but I did not know how to do it. RTT gives me that opportunity. RTT also gives me the most rewarding satisfaction with my work.

What has been your biggest impact with RTT? What are you most proud of?

I am most proud of the results my clients get. Helping a little girl to cope after illness, made me feel over the moon with happiness. Thanks to RTT, people are regaining their confidence, losing weight, people are wanting to stay together and relationships get better.

I would love for RTT to become better known in my country, as it can help people so much. As such, I am determined to become a better speaker, to share this powerful therapy so that even more people can benefit.

Thank you Kati for sharing your experience with us, it’s great to hear the results being achieved with RTT and the potential opportunities it brings for the future.
