Keynotes, workshops and consulting that work at the root cause - not the symptom.
Hi there,
I’m Marisa Peer. I’m a therapist, author and speaker – and I’ve spent the past forty years on a crucial thing: understanding why human beings do what they do, and how to change it.
I trained at the Hypnotism Training Institute of Los Angeles and built my private practice working with a client list that grew to include royalty, CEOs, Olympic athletes and people whose names you’d recognise from screens around the world. Across those four decades, one pattern kept repeating. Whether someone came to me to lose weight, stop drinking, build a business or simply get out of bed in the morning, the problem they named was almost never the problem that needed solving. It was a symptom of something running underneath.
That observation became Rapid Transformational Therapy®, the methodology I now teach to therapists, coaches and clinicians in 18 countries. It’s also the foundation of I Am Enough, a movement that began as a phrase I asked clients to write on their mirrors and has since reached millions of people, classrooms and organisations worldwide.
I don’t deliver the kind of inspiration that fades by Monday. Audiences and leadership teams don’t need to feel better for an afternoon. They need to operate differently – for years.
If you spend a little time here, I think you’ll see what I mean.
Welcome.
An international favourite for conferences, summits and leadership offsites, Marisa is known for talks that don’t just move audiences – they change how those audiences think, decide and behave once they leave the room.
Senior teams rarely lack strategy. They lack execution.
Marisa has spent forty years studying what gets in the way.
As a therapist with four decades of clinical practice and the developer of a methodology now taught to over 19,000 practitioners worldwide, Marisa brings something most keynote speakers can’t: a working understanding of why human behaviour is so resistant to change, and a tested, repeatable framework for shifting it. Her work sits at the intersection of neuroplasticity, behavioural psychology and forty years of front-line therapeutic experience.
She has spoken at Mindvalley Live, the World Government Summit, the Royal Society of Medicine, Global Wellness Summit, the Forbes Medical Tourism and Wellness Summit, Global Citizen, A-Fest and TEDx – and consulted for FTSE 500 leadership teams, Google, and international charities. The brief is consistent: organisations don’t book Marisa for energy in the room. They book her for measurable shifts in confidence, decision-making and execution.
The single belief that quietly governs performance – and how to rewire it.
After thirty years of clinical practice, Marisa identified one belief that appeared underneath nearly every presenting issue she treated: I am not enough. It surfaces as overworking, under-charging, perfectionism, procrastination, conflict avoidance, addiction, and the chronic low-grade anxiety that limits what people – and the teams they run – are willing to attempt.
I Am Enough introduces a different lens. Rather than addressing the visible behaviour, Marisa works at the level of the belief that’s producing it. The talk draws on the rules of the unconscious mind, the principles of neuroplasticity, and clinical patterns observed across tens of thousands of sessions. It has reached over five million people through TEDx alone, been adopted by schools in dozens of countries, and won awards including the International Day of the Girl Child Inspiration Award.
This is a framework for changing what an audience believes is possible – and what they consequently do.
Each keynote is tailored to the brief, but every talk runs on one throughline: lasting change is a cognitive and clinical problem before it’s a motivational one.
Forty years in front of audiences from intimate boardrooms to 10,000-seat arenas. Twice voted Best Speaker at Awesomeness Fest and consistently the top-rated session at conferences from the Royal Society of Medicine to Women in Business.
Every framework Marisa shares from stage has been pressure-tested against four decades of one-to-one therapeutic work – not theory, not borrowed research.
Talks are built on the science of neuroplasticity, the rules of the unconscious mind, and the clinical principles behind Rapid Transformational Therapy® – the methodology now taught in 18 countries.
Marisa works one level deeper than most performance speakers. The result: audiences leave with a different diagnosis of the problem – and a different intervention.
Organisations book Marisa because audiences don’t just rate the session well – they behave differently in the weeks and months that follow. Repeat invitations are the norm.
Leadership, sales force confidence, performance under pressure, resilience in uncertainty, longevity and health. Each talk is designed around the host organisation’s actual brief.
Writing That Moves from Insight to Implementation
Marisa has published seven books, four of which have been Amazon best-sellers in the UK and US, with another launching in 2026. Across each title runs a consistent theme: lasting change does not happen at the level of information. It happens when the underlying belief shifts – and the behaviour follows.
Marisa is widely recognised as one of the leading voices in belief-change methodology – the discipline of identifying and rewiring the unconscious beliefs that quietly shape performance, health, relationships and leadership. She doesn’t treat symptoms. She tracks patterns to their source – early experience, language, repetition, environment – and then builds frameworks that hold up under real-world conditions.
It’s the reason she’s trusted by FTSE 500 leadership teams, global wellness summits, royal foundations and educational institutions alike.
What started as a private practice technique became a recognised therapeutic methodology. Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) combines hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and cognitive behavioural therapy into a single, repeatable framework – one engineered to produce lasting change in one or two sessions rather than years of weekly appointments.
RTT® has been awarded a Gold Stevie® for new methodology, a Lifetime Achievement Award from the CPD Standards Board, and is now taught at the RTT® School to over 19,000 therapists, coaches and clinicians across 18 countries.
Awarded in recognition of four decades of contribution to the therapeutic and wellbeing fields.
For sustained contribution to global personal development and the training of practitioners worldwide.
International Business Awards®, recognising work empowering women and children globally.
For the #MarkYourMirror and I Am Enough movements, now adopted by schools across multiple countries.
For contribution to the discipline of hypnotherapy and the development of new therapeutic methodology.
If you want your audience to think differently, there are many speakers. If you want them to operate differently – for years, not days – the choice narrows considerably.
Forty years of clinical observation, distilled. A weekly note covering the patterns behind behaviour, performance and lasting change – written for the people who book the room as much as the people who sit in it.
