Session 2: The 7 Habits of Success

Session 3: How To Be Successfully Confident

Simply becoming aware of why you choose certain foods puts you in a great position to stop this vicious cycle. Saying, “This is who I am and I am healthy,” puts us back in charge of what goes into our bodies.
We’ll learn to understand our food choices better by identifying which type of eater we are. Overeating is often linked to a certain emotional trigger that many of us might not be aware of. Prepare for a lightbulb moment as we discover what’s driving our eating habits.
Session 6: The Keys To Building Lasting Relationships
In this lesson, Marisa will show us how to powerfully remove any blocks to finding and maintaining love so that we can attract and maintain a healthy, loving relationship that lasts. Of course, this also benefits our relationships with friends, family, colleagues, and ourselves.

Hypnosis works by digging deeper to begin to rewire our subconscious minds and change our habits.
Most of us aren’t aware of what drives our habits and behaviors because of subconscious blocks, so we self-sabotage. Therefore, we continue to run over and over the same patterns and get stuck in a rut.
