I AM ENOUGH

It might be a New Year, but you don’t need a new you. You’re already good enough just as you are - always have been and always will be for the rest of your life.

If you feel blocked by limiting thoughts and beliefs, you will love seeing how easy it is to overcome them forever and live your life feeling free and empowered.

This week’s resource and FREE gift:

Change your habits for health reasons, not because you are worried about how people look at you. When you know you are enough, you are kind to your body, taking care of it to the best of your ability. ‘The Big Fat Lies about Diet and Exercise’ shown on Channel 5 this week featured Marisa encouraging people to do exactly that.

This week we share a book review of I Am Enough by Kirsty...

What did I get from the book?

‘Reading I Am Enough gave me a perspective on why I act and feel a certain way, it also made me realise I am not alone in feeling this way. From reading it I now can see that I have the power to create change. Marisa gives loads of tips and exercises that you can easily do at home and also a reason why you are doing them, which really helps to keep up the habits!

I have such a greater understanding of my mind and I know that my mind is always doing what it thinks is best, but sometimes I need to take control and steer it in the right direction.

It also drew me to negative habits that I do and didn’t realise and helped me understand the power of self-talk and tricking the mind!

How has it impacted my life?

I Am Enough has given me so much power over my life, I’m in the driving seat now! I know I have the ability to create change in areas of my life that I want to, and I know I have the skills to do it by using habit and repetition to rewire my mind.

Everyday the daily habits feel more comfortable. I still have those negative thought patterns that creep in, but as soon as I realise they are there I can take control of them and kick them out, which actually feels amazing!

Day by day I am feeling more resilient and feel more optimistic for the future. I am starting to feel like I actually deserve love, and that also brings with it so much peace.

The future's looking bright and I know that whatever happens, I can handle the situation with understanding and mindfulness. My daily reminders that ‘I am enough’ bring me comfort and remind me of all I have learnt.

Summary, final thoughts?

Honestly, ‘I Am Enough’ has given me such belief in myself and made me realise my value as a human being. I no longer need to hide in the shadows and can create the life that I want. I have found my purpose and relationships around me are getting stronger. I am enough. So are you.’
