“This RTT course has transformed my life and I haven’t even started practicing with clients yet! I have learned other modalities but this is the most comprehensive and well thought out course that I have ever taken. I have tried numerous ways to try to lose weight and reduce anxiety. I had just about given up hope of any real change. After a few weeks of doing this course I have already seen great results. I am sleeping better, have less food cravings and I feel this new sense of confidence. I went to a water park with my family for the first time and actually went down a water slide! That may not sound like much, but to someone with severe body consciousness issues and anxiety that would not have been possible even a month ago. The section on Healing the Therapist has been very beneficial for me and I think that I am receiving residual results just from watching the videos. This course has given me back hope.
