You can update card details from this page - whether that is a replacement for an expiring card or you simply want to swap to another card for future payments. This only applies to current subscriptions and payment plans; it does not affect any new purchases you may make in the future.
In order to ensure maximum security, you need to register for a new account which is used solely for the updating of card details. This information is kept entirely separate from any other data we have.
Update Your Credit Card Details
First, click on 'Register' in the form and enter the email address and last 4 digits of the card you have registered with us. That will enable us to validate your status as an existing customer. We will send an email to that address confirming your details. Once you have received that email, you can use the 'Login' tab with your email address and password to log in and add details of the new card.
If you make three mistakes in a row - for example typing incorrect card details - then your account will be locked for 24 hours. You will be automatically forwarded to a new page so that you can contact our Support Team for assistance, if required.
Should you have more than one card registered with us, you can choose to update only one card or as many as you want to replace with the new details.
