What is Depression?

The Mental Health Foundation says: ‘Depression is a common mental health problem that causes people to experience low mood, loss of interest or pleasure, feelings of guilt or low self-worth, disturbed sleep or appetite, low energy, and poor concentration.’

Who Suffers from Depression?

The World Health Organization estimates that over 300 million people of all ages are currently suffering from depression across the globe.
