The role will involve hands-on technical work across the whole suite of softwares and marketing campaigns with a specific emphasis on lead generation and marketing automation software.

You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting and developing the technical side of our marketing operations. You should be a fast learner, inquisitive and have a keen eye for technical detail alongside a real passion for customer care and support. We are a customer-focused business who places a great deal of emphasis of the happiness and satisfaction of or customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

We are looking for a switched on person who has a passion and can do attitude to everything they do. We would expect you to have the ability to give 5 or 6 options to any given business scenario.You should be very much a metrics person and completely capable of spinning of lots of plates for a very fast moving businesses across different sectors.
You will have a strong working knowledge of digital customer acquisition, and your skillset should include but not be limited to:

You should be experienced in directing paid traffic and organic traffic, experience in sales funnels and conversion, optimisation and also

Customer profiling
Facebook social
Facebook paid
Sales funnels
Landing page creation
Email Automation
Sales Cart integration
A/B split testing

Here are just some of the things that we are looking for you to do and experience to have:

Generating cost effective leads with a trackable ROI is going to be a vital component in this job.
Creating and implementing sales funnels that are profitable within a short time frame.
Whilst SEO is an important element of the job, the focus is on paid traffic. Have you got a deep understanding of all traffic sources, ie paid, media packages, PPC, YouTube, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Hopefully you will have experience of:
Conversion rate optimisation and multi variant testing?
Affiliate network marketing?
Using web tools to produce high converting traffic.?
