The Marisa Peer Organisation (www.marisapeer.com) is looking for a world-class, results-driven and detail-oriented Paid and Organic Manager to oversee and implement Google paid traffic strategies, content strategies and SEO build across the product suites of Rapid Transformational Therapy™, I Am Enough and the soon to be launched Rapid Transformational Coaching.

You will be an experienced manager skilled in running exceptionally high RLI campaigns, the ability to identify talent in team members and bring to the Marisa Peer organisation an overall perspective of overseeing the synergies of paid traffic, content and SEO.

You will have extensive experience of purchasing paid traffic, must have Google Paid Traffic and SEO skills and a fascination with conversion rate optimisation.

You will be working with the Board of Marisa Peer. You will develop and maintain control of all traffic operations and will have excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. The ideal candidate will also be a strategic planner with the essential ability to specify, strategise and define opportunities.

This is a full time, remote position, based in the UK.

This position requires the following:

  • A clear understanding of CRO and funnel building

  • Must have Google paid traffic skills

  • Must have SEO optimisation skills

  • Must have CRO skills

  • Responsibility for setting up, optimizing, and managing digital media buys, and other projects and ensuring deliverables are of the highest caliber and free of errors

  • Managing the campaign KPI’s to drive results and performance

  • Clearly articulating successes and recommendations

  • Understanding and continuously researching the media industry to stay at the forefront

  • Knowledge of Facebook to run basic campaigns but the ability to oversee an outside agency

  • Overseeing daily campaigns and making adjustments as necessary, ensuring you are constantly moving in the same direction as the company

  • Executing the achieving or exceeding of established P&L objectives

  • Developing comprehensive traffic strategies for growth strategies

  • Identifying areas where traffic opportunities can improve revenue, increase margin, reduce cost, and increase profitability while improving efficiency

  • Attracting, retaining and developing a high-performing team

  • Leading, managing and holding direct reports accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments

  • Cultivating and managing healthy relationships with strategic partners and vendors

  • Consistently demonstrating a passion for values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity with the CEO and across the organisation

The ideal individual will enjoy a range of digital campaign responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Uploading, testing and scheduling advertising for full delivery of all ad campaigns

  • Proactively investigating issues

  • Analysing weekly trafficking reports & dashboards to effectively make decisions on how to optimise campaigns

  • Leveraging tools and technologies to improve advertising campaign performance

Requirements:

  • Proven background as a first-class Traffic Manager

  • Experience building high performing teams, including the ability to recognise and cultivate rising talent

  • Experience trafficking digital media campaigns, ad operations background, or solid understanding of technical digital media setups

  • Ability to analyse large sets of data with advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Knowledge of ad serving tools platforms

  • Strategic and critical thinker

  • Independent, active problem solver

  • Ability to balance long-term thinking with short term results

  • Demonstrates personal initiative and independent motivation

  • Action and results-oriented

  • Must be highly adept at project management

  • Excellent understanding of online digital marketing

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working within and leading a remote team

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

  • Advanced degree, MBA or similar
