Location:   Remote

Salary:       £50K OTE £100K

The Marisa Peer Organization is looking to create new business opportunities and the creation of potential partnerships by looking to acquire assets and companies.   This is a dynamic company looking for a very special type of person. Their methodology is to reach out by the following three stages

Stage 1 - Research

They market to two audiences:

Audience 1:  

  • Selling to people who want:
  • More self-esteem
  • A better life
  • To be the very best they can be

Audience 2:   

  • Selling therapy services to therapists 
  • People who want to be therapists
  • People who a change of career

Initially, you are looking to develop a targeted acquisition strategy and analyze opportunities:

  • Who is already offering the above services?   
  • Undertake research on the internet, YouTube channels, bloggers
  • What are the other therapist sites out there?

Stage 2 - Retail in a conventional way which looks like a business response

Reaching out to businesses 

  • Do they ever put advertising on their site? 
  • Can they send to their email list?
  • Would they be open to a joint venture?

Stage 3 - Deepen the conversation

As the relationship deepens, with agreement of the Marisa Peer CEO, ask if they have ever considered selling.

Required qualities & experience;

  • You must  have a flexible mindset and be entrepreneurial in approach.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B.
  • Show that you have interpersonal skills, business, and financial acumen, leadership traits, and negotiating ability to succeed in this role.
  • Ideally a proven background of identifying and buying businesses.

You are:

  • Able to determine the real potential of new assets and partnerships for Marisa Peer Organization
  • A strategically minded person, capable of thinking long-term and planning for new opportunities.
  • Able to value target companies and assets.
  • Confident and decisive to act on opportunities quickly.
  • Considered and insightful, and therefore able to project the consequences of new opportunities.
  • Aware of relevant issues in each country and market of operation.
  • Able to work closely with the CEO of the company.
  • Able to source new assets that will increase the company’s market presence.
