These terms and conditions (‘terms’) form the basis of your participation in this event. If you do not agree with any of these terms, we request that you do not attend the event.
When you sign your acceptance of these terms, you take full responsibility for your successes, failures, actions and inactions in relation to any information provided to and taught by the various presenters at this event.
As a Participating Attendee you agree you will:
Take responsibility for your own learning during workshops, being mindful of timekeeping.
Respect confidentiality and the needs of others for quiet, particularly when observing presentations or workshops or when our filming is underway.
Ensure that mobile phones are switched off. Filming or audio recordings by you of any part of the event is expressly prohibited unless arranged with us prior to the event.
Not engage in any conduct, either at the event or away from the event, which could damage the reputation of MTE, the Marisa Peer School or its associates.
Abide by and follow all rules and instructions given by MTE during your participation in the event.
You agree, if you have provided health or medical information, this information will not be shared without your permission unless there is an emergency in which case it will be shared with such emergency service provider(s) the MTE deems necessary.
You consent to MTE videoing, photographing or otherwise recording the event and authorise MTE to use any image, likeness or recording of you in any manner we choose without reference or payment to you. If you do not wish your image to be recorded, please advise us at the start of each session.
Health and medical conditions
You warrant to us that, to the best of your knowledge, you suffer from no medical or physical condition or disability (‘impairment’) that will or might increase the normal risks associated with participation in group activities such as those outlined in the event program.
Alternatively, if you do have an impairment, you warrant that your doctor has approved your participation in our event.
You acknowledge this is a live and practical event. Specifically, there will be practical hypnotherapy sessions and you consent to these activities. You may opt out of any activity or session you are not comfortable participating in, however please let us know.
You agree to inform us immediately if:
you suffer from any existing or new injury, illness or other medical condition during the event.
you feel any pain or discomfort during the event.
you feel that participation in any part of the event would be unsafe or uncomfortable for you.
you have any additional communication or mobility needs
You understand that we are relying on your agreement, warranties and acknowledgements.

Please be aware we may use food in some of our programs, both as snacks and for demonstration purposes. Before you participate in the event you acknowledge that:
You are aware we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free atmosphere at the event and have chosen to participate fully or partially despite this.
Having knowledge that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free atmosphere, you consent to the risk and agree to release, discharge and absolve MTE, from all liability or responsibility for any illness or accidental injury which may arise from your participation.
Waiver, Release and Indemnity

You acknowledge that the presenters at the event are not licensed medical practitioners and are providing educational material about the therapeutic application of Rapid Transformational Therapy. Specifically, they are not providing you with personal therapeutic care and are not aware of your past emotional or medical history. The event is not aimed to qualify any other person to teach these skills.
The content of the event may not suit all practices. You have reviewed the proposed content of the event and have used your own judgement for suitability. No refunds will be made if you change your mind about the suitability of the content.
Any case studies, examples or testimonials are provided by way of example only and do not comprise any form of warranty or guarantee about the effectiveness of any technique, product or service offered.
You accept the risk of every decision you make based on the information you learn at this event
You understand and agree that the activities presented carry an inherent element of risk and accept full responsibility for this risk and its consequences.
You commit to undertake careful and competent due diligence, including obtaining independent advice if necessary, before taking any action or inaction because of information gained at this event.
You remain solely responsible for any personal items (including electronic equipment) or luggage you bring to the event. MTE may, at its discretion, provide an area at the event premises for you to place luggage for convenience, however, we make no guarantee or warranty as to the security of your personal items left in that area. Any personal items left in a cloakroom at the venue are left subject to the venue’s terms and conditions.
Limitation of liability and release
In the event of any breach of warranty implied by law in the provision of this event, you agree that MTE’s liability will be limited to providing you with a refund of your ticket purchase for this event, or replacement tickets to attend a similar future MTE event.
You release MTE from all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by you in connection with your attendance at this event, subject to the extent that loss or damage is caused by or contributed to by the negligence of MTE.
You forever release and discharge MTE and the presenters from all and any responsibility or liability for any losses, claims or demands that may directly or indirectly occur because of your use of the information obtained at this event.
You indemnify and hold MTE harmless against any liability for personal injury, or property damage suffered by you or any third party because of your or a third party’s deliberate, careless or negligent act or omission while participating in this event.
Without limiting the application of any law including consumer laws in the jurisdiction where this event is provided, you expressly agree that this release, limitation of liability and indemnity is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by law.
You acknowledge the intellectual property rights in the materials presented at the event or provided to you remain the property of MTE.
The materials are provided for your own personal use and you may not be share, copy or display them in a public forum. You must obtain our prior written permission before any other use.
If any dispute arises out of this agreement, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom and the Laws of the United Kingdom shall apply.
Responsibility for your physical and emotional well-being remains with you as the attendee and participation in the event is with your full and informed consent. By signing below, you acknowledge you are over the age of 18, you have read, understood and agree to the terms of this agreement including the waiver, release and indemnity and elect to voluntarily assume the risks of participation.
